10jilicc is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and, where required, proof of address. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
Where 10jilicc identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended. Any bonus credits claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. Real-money balances may be consolidated into a single account at 10jilicc's discretion, subject to satisfactory KYC completion on the retained account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10jilicc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
10jilicc will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 10jilicc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify 10jilicc immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 10jilicc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from 10jilicc's own negligence or breach.
10jilicc accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for e-wallet transactions and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers.
All funds deposited into your 10jilicc account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
All transactions on the 10jilicc platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 10jilicc is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts as part of 10jilicc's responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 10jilicc account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one business day.
10jilicc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending receipt and review of requested documentation.
Winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus winnings before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 10jilicc's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive record for all purposes, including dispute resolution.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 10jilicc platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written consent from 10jilicc.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 10jilicc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10jilicc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 10jilicc account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 10jilicc's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10jilicc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 10jilicc reasonably determines that:
Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time. Bonus credits are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 10jilicc platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 10jilicc's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
10jilicc's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
10jilicc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 10jilicc will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
