10jilicc Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how 10jilicc ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of players and visitors who access the 10jilicc platform at https://10jilicc.app ("the Platform"). It applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the device or method of access.

By registering an account or using the 10jilicc Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.

10jilicc collects the following categories of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID

• Valid Philippine mobile number

• GCash or PayMaya account number linked to your 10jilicc account
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks) where provided for withdrawal purposes

Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation at the time of login

• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

10jilicc does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment partners receive only the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Authorized third-party providers engaged to assist with identity document verification, operating under data processing agreements with 10jilicc.

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA obligations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Support and communications records: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last interaction, or longer where required in connection with an unresolved dispute or regulatory inquiry.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for 12 months from the date of collection, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for 3 years thereafter as evidence of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC guidelines on data disposal.

10jilicc implements a layered set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and 10jilicc servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit SSL).
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Access controls: Internal access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication for administrative systems.
• Intrusion detection: Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7 by automated intrusion detection and anomaly alerting systems.
• Regular security audits: 10jilicc conducts periodic internal security reviews and engages independent third-party security assessors to perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Data breach response: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, 10jilicc will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay.

10jilicc uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, and improve your experience. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and display options. These are set only with your consent.
• Analytics cookies: Collect anonymized data about how players navigate the Platform, which games are most popular, and where technical errors occur. Used solely to improve Platform performance. Set only with your consent.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 10jilicc:

The 10jilicc Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data, and — where applicable — report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Where personal data is transferred to, or processed by, service providers located outside the Philippines — such as cloud infrastructure providers or game software vendors — 10jilicc ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

These safeguards include contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those required under Philippine law, and — where applicable — transfer impact assessments to evaluate the adequacy of data protection in the recipient jurisdiction.

10jilicc reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform features. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
